不同纳米银处理方式对香石竹切花瓶插寿命的影响

摘　　要：探讨了不同质量浓度纳米银(Nano-silver,NS)预处理、NS瓶插及预处理加瓶插等3种采后处理方式对3种香石竹(Dianthus caryphyllus)切花品种‘安静’(Quiet)、‘马斯特’(Master)和‘太平洋’(Pacific)瓶插寿命的影响.结果表明,NS预处理加NS瓶插处理方式最为有效,可显著延长3个香石竹切花品种的瓶插寿命,其中以50～70 mg/L NS预处理加5～10 mg/L NS瓶插的处理效果最佳.The effects of pretreatment, vase treatment and pretreatment plus vase treatment concentrations of nano-silver （NS） on vase life of 3 cut carnation varieties （‘ Quiet＇ , ‘ with different Master＇ and‘ Pacific＇ ） were investigated. The results showed that NS pretreatment plus NS vase treatment was the most efficient way to prolong the vase life of all 3 cut carnation varieties, and that the best choice was 50 -70 mg/L NS pretreatment for 24 h plus 5 - 10 mg/L NS vase treatment.
