摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型的直进式拉丝机系统,以及配套的专用变频器原理与实现。此变频器使用中颖电子SH99F100双核DSP芯片作为控制内核。拉伸变频器使用前馈控制、P I D控制等先进控制算法,收卷变频器使用异步电机转矩控制算法。整个系统通过485通讯与人机接口进行通讯控制。This paper introduces a new type of straight wiredrawing machine system, as well as principle and implementation of the special inverter compatible with it. This special inverter uses SH99F100 dual-core DSP chip from Sinowealth as the control kernel. Tension inverter uses feedforward control, PID control and other advanced control algorithm , winding inverter uses motor torque control algorithm. The entire system communicates with interface by 485 communication mode.
