摘 要:目的:探讨护理身体评估技能实训项目的重要性及等级分类。方法:问卷预征询106名护理及护理教学人员,Delphi法进行2轮专家问卷咨询。结果:专家具有较好的代表性、积极性和权威性,且意见协调集中。咨询后确定身体评估技能实训项目50项。结论:Delphi法专家咨询结果为护理身体评估技能的分类分层教学开展提供重要理论依据。Objective: To explore the significance and grade classification of the nursing physical assessment skill training projects. Methods:A questionnaire study was conducted in 106 nurses and nursing teachers in pre-consultation phase. Experts were chosen to participate in two- round Delphi consultation.Results: The experts had significant representativeness, enthusiasm and authority. The experts' opinions were con- centrated. 50 nursing physical assessmem skill training projects were established. Conclusion: The results of the Delphi consultation have pro- vided an important theoretical basis for application of lamination teaching mode in nursing physical assessment skill training projects.
