论西部欠发达地区农村自学考试发展思路和策略

摘　　要：自学考试作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,以其开放、经济、灵活等特点,深受社会和广大接受高等教育的群体的欢迎。自学考试要向农村延伸发展、有所作为,必须结合现阶段农村经济社会实际,审时度势,调整思路,谋求发展。本文试图从定位服务农村经济社会发展;确立科学的培养目标;拓宽培养模式;完善农村自学考试管理、服务体系;逐步建立新的教育成本分担机制;加大农村自学考试宣传工作力度等方面对西部欠发达地区农村自学考试发展的思路和策略进行了研究和探索。Higher education self-taught examination has played an important role in higher education system of China, widely accepted by the whole society and students due to its advantages of openness, low-cost and variety. In order to expand higher education self-taught examination to a higher level in rural areas of China, much attention should be attached to social and economic realities in rural areas. The paper focuses ,an the strategies and reflections on how to improve sustainable development of self-taught higher education examination in less-developed areas in western China from several perspectives such as serving economic and social development in western rural areas, establishing scientific training goals, expanding training pattern, perfecting management and service system, improving cost-sharing mechanism as well as propaganda work in western rural areas.
