用羟基磷灰石和胶原膜行下颌牙槽嵴增高术的临床评价

摘　　要：观察用羟基磷灰石(hydroxyl apatite,HA)和胶原膜行下颌牙槽嵴增高术的临床效果。采用HA和胶原膜植入修复下颌牙槽嵴萎缩10例,结果表明HA和胶原膜生物相容性好,植入物与基骨结合稳固,牙槽嵴增高5～8mm,伤口均一期愈合,无1例伤口裂开、植入物逸出等并发症。此项技术操作简捷,术后牙槽嵴不易变型,义齿修复后功能满意。Purpose:To evaluate the effect of using hydroxylapatite (HA) in combination with collagen membrane (CM) implanted on surface of the mandible. Methods: Atrophic mandibles were augmented in 10 patients with subpriosted implantation using HA combination with CA. Results:The results showed that HA and CM had got excellent osseointegration. The average increase in ridge height was from 5 to 8 mm. Wound dehiscence and material loss were not seen in all of the patients. Conclusion: Clinical application showed that this method was easy to perform. The shape and volume of the alveolar ridge were good. The chewing function was satisfactory after prosthetic denture restoration.
