摘　　要：研制了一种保护装置,形如异物包裹器和异物保护伞,用其成功地治疗了上消化道异物病人43例,年龄10～77岁。异物体积较大、形态不规则,或尖锐质硬。异物有:金属类的剪刀、双钩假牙、鞋底桔瓣钉、不规则铁片、6～12cm金属支架、带钩钢钉、锁头、剃须刀片、钢带手表等。动物类有较大的鸡骨鱼骨等。其它有竹扇骨、折断的竹筷、打火机等共51件。异物滞留的位置:胃内32例,食管11例。这种方法使病人免于遭受外科手术痛苦,经济负担轻,方法简便、效果安全可靠,病人易于接受。Objective:To develop a kind of protective device like an umbrella for foreign bodies in order to take out safely a big and hard foreign body of irregular and sharp nature of shape. Method and Result: With the device 43 cases with foreign bodies were successfully treated under endoscopy. The foreign bodies were various,including double hook false tooth,irregular iron sheet,lock head and shave blade, etc. The location where the foreign bodies were detained: 32 in the stomach, 11 in the esophagus. Conclusion: This method made patient no suffering the surgical operation, and the cost burden is slight. The method was efficient,safe and reliable.
