摘 要:本文论证最低工资标准可矫正劳动力社会成本从而促进实现经济效率。如果企业使用劳动力而不进行足额的补偿,那么社会整体将为企业的生产活动付费。个别劳动者与雇主谈判能力不对等以及劳动力市场不完全竞争是诱发劳动力社会成本的重要因素。矫正劳动力社会成本是政府进行劳动力市场规制的重要依据。最低工资迫使企业承担足额的劳动力成本而非转嫁给社会整体从而实现经济效率。This paper discussed that minimum wage could improve economic efficiency by modifying social cost of labor. If firms do not compensate labor sufficiently, the society as a whole will pay. The social cost of labor results from the inequality of bargaining power of individual labors and employers as well as the imperfect competition of labor market. And the government should modify the social cost of labor to regulate the labor market. Minimum wage requires firms to pay the labor cost completely and avoid transferring it to the society as a whole to achieve economic efficiency.
