摘　　要：目的探讨人表皮生长因子受体2(Her-2)在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法选择我院2009年1月至2012年1月收治的36例胃癌患者作为研究对象,采用二步法免疫组化技术检测患者胃癌及癌旁组织(包括伴有不典型增生的组织)中Her-2的表达状况并进行分析。结果胃癌组织中Her-2蛋白阳性率为25.0%,明显高于癌旁组织的5.6%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中Her-2蛋白阳性率更高;Her-2表达与胃癌未受到患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及部位的影响,而受到肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期的影响。结论 Her-2表达与胃癌的发生及转移密切相关,是指导胃癌治疗及预后判断的有效指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 （Her-2） in gastric cancer. Methods 36 patients with gastric cancer from January 2009 to January 2012 treated in our hospital were chosen as the research object. Taking two-step immunohistochemical technique to detect the gastric cancer and adjacent tissues of Her-2 expression status and analyze. Results The Her-2 protein positive rate for gastric carcinoma was 25.0%, significantly higher than 5.6% of the adjacent tissues, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Her-2 protein-positive and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer tissues had a higher rate. Her-2 expression and gastric cancer were not influenced by the patients＇ sex, age, tumor size and location, but affected by the depth of tumor invasion, TNM pathological stage. Conclusions Her-2 expression is closely related with gastric cancer metastasis. It is an effective indicator for the guidance of gastric cancer treatment and prognosis.
