摘　　要：卓越法律人才教育培养计划确定了西部民族地区法律人才培养的目标和方向。课程体系建设是实现教育目标的重要手段,课程设置应考虑三个层面:宏观上,确定培养目标为知识、能力和素养;中观上,以课程群为单位,全面改造选修课;微观上,则大力倡导实践性教学方法的使用。Distinguished Talents of Law Training Program has set the goal and direction of training talents of law in western ethnic regions. Since curriculum system construction is an important way to realize the goal, in setting up curriculum, three points should be taken into consideration： 1 ） aiming at cultivating knowledge, ability and quality; 2） reforming selective courses by organizing them into course groups; 3） advocating practical teaching method.
