民族高校新生同学关系适应状况简析——以中央民族大学新生为例

摘　　要：民族高校新生同学关系适应状况如何,不仅关系到少数民族学生个体的健康成长,也关系到民族高校教育教学质量和整体水平的提高。应实施多元文化教育,提高各民族新生的多元文化环境适应能力和人际交往能力。Adaptation to schoolmate relations of freshmen at ethnic universities is vital not only to a healthy development of individual ethnic minority student but also to improvement of education and teaching quality and the overall level of ethnic universities. So, multi-cultural education should be conducted to strengthen freshmen＇s adaptability to a multi-cultural environment and their ability of interpersonal communication.
