摘　　要：分析国外铁路集装箱运输组织的发展与特点,以及对我国的启示,根据我国铁路集装箱运输现状及存在的问题,提出我国铁路集装箱运输的发展方向,主要是构建三级结构的集装箱运输网络,创新基于三级网络结构的集装箱运输组织模式,提升铁路集装箱装备与信息化水平,推动集装箱铁水联运全程物流服务,通过完善的运营网络、便捷的商务平台、高效的运输组织和富有竞争力的产品营销,全面提升铁路集装箱运输的竞争力。This paper analyzes the development and characteristics of railway container transport organization in foreign countries as well as its revelation on China. According to the status and problems in Chinese railway container transportation, the paper points out the main development direction of Chinese railway container transportation is to establish the container transport network with three-level structure, innovate container transport organization mode with three-level network structure, increasing the equipment and informationization level of railway containers and promote whole course logistic service of container sea-rail inter-model transportation. Through improved operation network, convenient business platform, high-effective transport organization and the product marketing with competitive capacity, the competitiveness of railway container transportation could be increased roundlv.
