摘　　要：心电图是现代医学中最常用的基础诊断手段,临床各科医生多需要掌握心电图的判读,但实践显示很多临床医生的心电图判读技能不足,需要在临床实习阶段的带教中强化培训。切实加强心电图实习带教工作,需要改革教学方法和内容,并在临床实习中多层次多角度激发实习生的兴趣,从而使学生对心电图的实际读图能力有显著的提高。The electrocardiogram （ECG） is a basic and commonly used diagnostic test in modern medicine. Most medical professionals are expected to possess basic ECG interpretation skills. But, clinical practice suggests that most of residents＇ and physicians＇ ECG interpretation skills are suboptimal. It is necessary to improve interns＇ ECG interpretation skills in the clinical practice stage. In this article, we will describe our teaching experiences in ECG interpretation for medical intern students including some new teaching method and the content and skills to stimulate intern＇ s interest from different levels and directions.
