先天性上睑下垂手术方法的改进

摘　　要：目的 :探讨治疗先天性上睑下垂简单有效的手术方法。　方法 :设计提上睑下肌缩短术联合 Whitnall韧带悬吊术治疗先天性上睑下垂。　结果 :共治疗 40 0例 ,5 6 8只眼 ,获得良好效果。　结论 :提上睑肌缩短术联合 Whitnall韧带治疗先天性上睑下垂方法简单 ,解剖清楚 ,保留并加强了提上睑肌的作用 ,效果确切可靠 ,合乎生理及美容要求。Objective:To research a more simnle and effective procedure of the operation to treat the congenital ptosis.Method:Designibg a way to combine the shortening of levator palpebral superioris with the Whitnall ligament suspension in orber to treat the comgnital ptosis.Results:400 patients,568 eyes have been treated,and all got satisfactory results.Conchusion:The way shows some advantages such as simplicity,clear anotomy,keeping and reinforcing the function of the levator palpebral superioris and according with the physiological and cosmetic demands.
