藤椒锈病病原菌研究

摘　　要：藤椒(Zanthoxylum schinifolium)是我国花椒栽培中的一个优良品种,但锈病造成其严重危害。为了明确该病的病原,运用形态学和分子生物学对不同藤椒产区的病原菌进行鉴定,首次将该病原菌鉴定为花椒鞘锈菌(Cole-osporium zanthoxyli Diet.et Syd.),其GenBank序列ID为JQ219672。Zanthoxylurn schinifolium is a fine variety of the Zanthoxylum cultivation in our country,but the rust has caused serious damage on it. In order to define the cause of the rust, the pathogens of different regions were isolated and identified by the methods of morphology and molecular biology, and the pathogen was first identified as Coleosporium zanthoxyli Diet. et Syd. , and the accession number in GenBank was JQ219672.
