摘 要:人造板厂尤其是中密度纤维板厂产生众多废料,如何利用这些废料是值得研究的课题。生物质能源具有广阔的前景,采用中密度纤维板加工剩余物为原料制造颗粒燃料不失为一条变废为宝的好方法。本文以年产15万m3中密度纤维板厂为调查对象,统计生产线木废料的生成来源及比例,能耗情况,为制造颗粒燃料提供基础数据,并对生物质颗粒燃料做了简单介绍。A wood-based panel plant, in particular, a medium density fiberboard plant will produce lots of waste. How to use the waste is a subject worthy of study. Biomass energy has broad prospects and many advantages, and to utilize medium density fiberboard processing residues as raw materials to manufacture pellets of fuel is a good way to change the waste to valuable things. In this article, an investigation is made on the annual output of 15 million m3 of a medium density fiberboard plant, calculating the sources and proportion of waste wood, and energy consumption, in order to provide basic data for' the manufacture of pellets of fuel. Meantime, a brief description is given of pellets of fuel.
