摘 要:为筛选出适宜惠明白茶种苗扦插繁育的促生根剂种类及其浓度,研究了6种不同的生根剂对惠明白茶扦插苗生根和生长的影响。结果表明,不同生根剂在适宜浓度条件下对惠明白茶扦插苗均具有促生效果,其中惠明白茶扦插苗在ABT1号浓度为800 mg·L-1时伤口愈合率、结瘤率、生根率、成活率、生根数、平均根长和平均根重均最大,其成活率达89.5%。而扦插苗在IBA+NAA(2∶1)400 mg·L-1浓度下新梢生长最长,为25.3 cm。试验发现,IBA与NAA混合液比单独使用IBA,NAA促生效果好。In order to screen out suitable kinds and concentrations of rooting agents, six different rooting agents were used to investigate their effects on rooting and growth of cutting propagation in Huiming baicha. The results showed that all rooting agents had significant effect under suitable concentration, especially the treatment of 800 mg. L-1 ABT1 solution had the best effect on the index of wound healing rate, nodulation rate, rooting rate, survival rate, number of roots, average length and weight of root for cutting seedlings, and the survival rate was 89.5%. The new shoot grew best and the length was 25.3 cm in the treatment of mixed solution of 400 mg.L-1 IBA + NAA (2 : 1 ), which had better effect than the single treatment of IBA or NAA.
