摘　　要：延安精神是我们党、中华民族的宝贵精神财富；目前干部队伍中存在的一些问题；在新的形势下大力弘扬延安精神，加强干部队伍的建设。Yan＇ an Spirit is the valuable and spiritual treasure of our Party, and the Chinese nationality; now, there are some problems existing in the carders＇ team, we must do our best to uphold the Yan＇an Spirit, strengthen the building of the carders＇ team.
