摘　　要：蚕豆病,学名"遗传性葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏症",是新生儿高发疾病之一,其临床表现的轻重程度不一,如医院对该病临床症状不甚熟悉极易造成误诊、漏诊等不良后果。本文通过一例典型G6PD缺乏症医患纠纷司法鉴定案例检验与评析,进一步明晰此类案件鉴定的要点及难点。Favism, with the scientific name ＂genetic glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase （G6PD） deficiency＂, is one of the high incidence diseases among the newborn. And there are different levels of its clinical manifestations, therefore, if the doctors are not very familiar with its clinical symptoms, it is easy for them to cause some adverse consequences such as misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Based on the inspection and analysis of a typical case on judicial authentication for ＂Favism＂ doctor-patient disputes, this paper tends to make clear the key points and difficulties in the identification of such cases.
