摘　　要：石榴皮是石榴的干燥果皮,多年研究表明,石榴皮具有显著的抑菌、抗癌、抗病毒,抗氧化等作用。石榴皮作为天然的抑菌剂,具有来源广泛、提取率高、副作用小、残留少、不易产生耐药性等特点,有传统的抗生素无法比拟的优势。对近年来国内外对石榴皮的抑菌成分、抑菌效果及提取方法等方面的研究进行了简要概述,以期寻找和开发一种新型高效的天然抑菌剂来替代传统的抗生素,从而为控制致病菌的传播提供理论参考,同时也为进一步扩大石榴皮在食品和医药方面的应用研究奠定基础。Granatum is the dry peel of pomegranate plants,years of research have shown that granatum has significant antibacterial,anticancer,antiviral,antioxidant effects,etc.As a natural antibacterial agent,granatum has many features,such as extensive source,high extraction rate,small side effect,less residue,not easy to produce drug resistance,which is incomparable for synthetic antibiotic.The recent studies on the pomegranate peel antibacterial composition,antibacterial effect,and extraction method were reviewed in order to provide theoretical guidance for finding and developing a new high efficient natural antibacterial agent to replace the traditional synthetic antibiotic,control pathogen transmission,and lay a solid foundation for extending application of pomegranate peel in food and medicine.
