三种鹿鞭和一种羊鞭性激素含量比较研究

摘　　要：对梅花鹿、马鹿、赤鹿、羊(波尔山羊)的阴茎和睾丸中的孕酮、雌二醇和睾酮的性激素含量进行了测定。结果表明:梅花鹿、马鹿、赤鹿的阴茎和睾丸中都含有孕酮和睾酮,未检出雌二醇;而羊的阴茎和睾丸中均含有3种性激素,并且含量均高于梅花鹿、马鹿、赤鹿的阴茎和睾丸。从分析结果可以推断,羊鞭的性激素含量超过鹿鞭。Deer Pizzle include two parts of which named deer pennies and testes, and Sex Hormone Content including progesterone, E2 and testosterone, was detected in Three types pennies and testes in deer and of which in sheep＇s, it shows that there am progesterone and testosterone in Three types pennies and testes in deer including sika deer Wapiti and Red deer, but E2 was not detected there; on the contrast to sex organ in the sheep, there was contented three sex hormone including progesterone, E： and testosterone, in the meanwhile which content is higher than that in deers＇,and more important result shows that the testosterone level in sheep sex organ is prior to the one in the deers.
