摘　　要：目的通过对78例脑出血患者与正常对照组间APOE基因型和等位基因频率比较,以及不同等位基因之间血脂水平比较。研究何种基因型和等位基因出现频率最高,以及何种等位基因血脂水平最高。以便预防脑出血的发作。方法所有脑出血患者均在入院后次日晨取空腹外周血3ml,用3.84%枸橼酸钠抗凝。进行APOE基因多态性检测、基因组DNA的提取、APOE基因扩增、HhaI限制性内切酶酶切APOE基因扩增产物等;比较脑出血与正常对照组间APOE基因型和等位基因频率,及比较脑出血组不同APOE等位基因之间血脂的水平。结果本研究显示,有21例脑出血患者E4基因明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。并且E4组总胆固醇TC含量、低密度脂蛋白LDL含量明显高于E3和E2组。结论脑出血患者E4携带者发生出血性脑血管病的危险性增加,E4具有升高TC、LDL的作用,提示E4可能为脑出血的易感因子和风险因素之一。Objective Observing the genotype and the frequency of allele in Cerebral hemorrhage （CH） patients, we will investigate the relation of the APOE gene polymorphisms and Cerebral hemorrhage. And we will investigate in which allele that the level of blood lipid is highest. Method We operate the method of biology-chemistry to compare the genotype and the frequency of allele of APOE, and compare the level of blood lipid. Result We find that the level of E4 gene in 21 CH patients is higher than normal＇ s（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The level of TC and LDL in E4 gene is higher than in E2 gene,E3 gene. Conclusion The people carring E4 gene is liable for incidence of Cerebral hemorrhage （CH）. The level of TC and LDL in E4 gene is highest.
