摘  要:针对现在生产工艺中要求无电的生产要求,设计一种全部由气动元件组成的工件切割装置.整个装置充分利用延时阀实现生产流程的运行顺序,利用两位五通阀实现各种作用气缸的伸缩作用,并对整个装置的安装平面进行整体规划.最后对所设计装置的现场应用和调试提出注意事项,经过实际运行,证明装置满足设计要求.A workpiece of cutting device, which is entirely composed of pneumatic components, is designed to meet the requirement of electroless production. The workpiece can not only implements operating procedure of production process by totally utilizing time-delay valve but also fulfills various air cylinder extend and withdraw swimmingly by using 5/2 way valves. Meantime, the entire installation for this device is overall planned. The precautions are put forward for actual application and installation debugging. It is substantiated that the device meets the design requirements in practical operation.
