摘　　要：韩愈作为中唐古文运动的领军人物,打着复古的旗号来变革古文,提出了一套适合当时时代要求的古文创作理论。这套古文创作理论不仅仅是时代的产物,也是自先秦以来所形成的特定的美学背景感召的结果。文章将分别论述韩愈古文理论生存的美学背景。As the leader of ancient prose movement in Mid - Tang Dynasty, Hanyu held up the banners of re- turning to the ancients for changing ancient prose and put forward a set of theory of ancient prose creation which met the requirement of the times. This theory of ancient prose creation was not only a product of times, but also a fruit of influence that a special aesthetic background ：formed since the Pre - Qin Dynasty. This paper will discuss the aesthetic background generated from Hanyu; theory of ancient prose.
