摘　　要：在国有企业产权制度改革中,马克思主义产权理论在为国企产权改革提供理论基础的同时,也因国企产权改革的不断实践而获得了理论新发展的基础和实践平台。这里结合我国国企产权制度改革的实践,从法人治理结构、产权多元化以及借鉴西方产权思想等不同的方面就马克思主义产权理论的发展和深化进行探讨研究。In the process of property reform conducted in state-owned enterprises, Marxist theory of prop-erty also gained new theoretical basis and practical platform when providing with the theoretical support. According to the reform practice, this paper discusses the development and advocating of Marxism theory of property from the aspects of corporate person governance structure, property diversification and refer-ences to Western property ideas.
