摘　　要：目的:观察利多卡因凝胶在高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤患者导尿术中的应用效果。方法:采用随机对照分组的方法,将69例进行高强度聚焦超声治疗的子宫肌瘤患者分成对照组和观察组,在进行导尿术时,观察组采用利多卡因凝胶浸润尿道口并润滑导尿管;对照组用导尿包中的石蜡油润滑导尿管。结果:通过对照显示,2组患者导尿管插入尿道时引起的不适感觉,患者的耐受度(满意度)有显著差异。结论:利多卡因凝胶应用于清醒子宫肌瘤患者导尿术中,可以有效缓解因插入导尿管带来的不适感觉,提高患者对治疗的满意度。Objective：To observe the effect of using Lidocaine Gel for urethral catheterization in the patients undergoing uterine fibroids ablation by high-intensity focused ultrasound.Methods：A randomized controlled study in was conducted in 69 patients with uterine fibroids by HIFU therapy.The patients were divided into two groups,the observation group was treated with lidocaine gel infiltrating urethra and lubricating the catheter,and the control group with catheter lubricated by paraffin oil.Results：There was a significant difference in patients,satisfaction of the whole treating processes through analysis of the data.Conclusion：Lidocaine gel is applied for urethral catheterization to the patients undergoing HIFU ablation of uterine fibroids,which can alleviate the discomfort effectively and improve the patient satisfaction of the treatment significantly.
