摘  要:目的通过问卷形式对中国和新加坡中医专业医学生进行关于"全球医学教育最低基本要求"(GMER)态度的比较,暴露出两国医学教育的差异,为中医医学教育方法及改革提供参考。方法测试GMER的相关素质及能力态度,对问卷资料进行统计分析。结果两国医学生在25项能力或素质的态度差异中12项有统计学意义,对3个领域态度得分不同并有统计学意义。结论两国医学生对GMER有统一的共识,新加坡医学生尤其更重视群体健康和卫生、信息管理、批判性思维和研究领域。Objective To compare the attitude to the global minimum essential requirements (GMER) between medical students from China and Singapore in TCM specialty through questionnaire, find out the difference in medical education between two countries, and provide the reference for the methods and reform of TCM education. Methods The relative quality, ability and attitude to GMER were tested, and the materials of questionnaire were analyzed statistically. Results There were 12 differences had statistical significance from 25 differences in ability and quality in students from two countries, and the attitude scores were different in three fields with statistical significance. Conclusion The students form two countries had common view to GMER, and those from Singapore pay more attention to group health, management of information and hygienism, critical thinking and research.
