摘　　要：针对商业区停车需求预测精度较差、适用率低等问题,分析商业区内部短时停车需求与周边路网交通阻抗之间的相互作用关系,总结传统的停车需求预测的不足,根据实地选址调查的数据,用最小二乘法拟合曲线建立基于路网阻抗的短时停车需求预测模型,对预测结果有明显改进.Aiming at the forecast precision of downtown parking demand, short time parking demand is analyzed in business district with surrounding network traffic impedance interactions, and the insufficiency of traditional parking demand forecasting is summarized. The data from on-site investigation is used to construct a short-term parking demand forecasting model based on network impedance, and the forecast results a little improvement.
