企业成长力的异质性、评价指标体系及其培育

摘　　要：企业成长力是成长性与成长模式选择的决定因素。文章分析了企业成长力的异质性,认为企业资源禀赋与资源配置能力、专有知识的积累与学习能力、企业家能力等方面的差异是企业异质性形成的根源,指出正是企业成长力的异质性导致了企业的异质性。相应地,文章构建了基于企业成长力异质性的企业成长力评价指标体系及其培育机制。Business growth force determines the growth and growth mode of business. This paper analyzes the heterogeneity of business growth force. According to the paper, enterprise resource endowment and resource allocation capability, a proprietary accumulation of knowledge and the ability to learn, and entrepreneurial ability differences are the root causes of the formation of business heterogeneity. Accordingly, evaluation index and cultivating mechanism are established based on the heterogeneity of business growth force.
