摘　　要：目的:探讨腹水离心石蜡切片及免疫组织化学在卵巢癌诊断中的价值。方法:对30例腹水标本离心收集细胞沉渣,经自动脱水机脱水后石蜡包埋,切片进行免疫组织化学检测CA125、CK7、Ki67表达。结果:腹水离心石蜡切片细胞形态清晰,着色鲜艳,免疫组织化学阳性定位准确。结论:腹水离心石蜡切片联合免疫组织化学检测CA125、CK7、Ki67对卵巢癌具有临床诊断价值。Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of ascites centrifugate paraffin scetion and immunhistochemical detection of CA125,CK7 and Ki67 in ovarian cancer. Methods： 30 cases of ascites specimens centrifuged cell sediment were collected via automatic dryer dehydration embedder in paraffin, siliced for immunohistochemical detection of CA125, CK7 and Ki67. Results：The cell morphology is clear and bright in ascites centrifugal paraffin sections and immunohistoche-mistry positive positioning accuracy. Conclusion： Parraffin section and immunohistochemical detection of CA125, CK7 and Ki67 of ascites have significant value for ovarian diagnosis.
