摘 要:针对传统交流传动试验平台的不足,采用交流传动互馈平台测试异步电机控制性能。互馈平台采用矢量控制,并加入解耦控制和弱磁控制,实现负载电机的力矩控制,用于测试牵引电机在宽速度范围内的带载能力和各种工作状态性能。分析了互馈平台的矢量控制策略,并进行Matlab仿真验证和试验系统配置。仿真结果表明矢量控制策略具有较好的动、稳态性能,能量利用率高,具有显著的节能效果。Due to drawbacks of the traditional AC drive experiment platform, an AC drive reciprocal power-fed platform was proposed to test the characteristics of the induction motor. Vector control is employed to realize the torque control of the load motor and to test the load capacity and various operation states of the pulling mo- tor, with decoupling control and field weakening control adopted. The vector control strategy of the reciprocal power-fed platform was analyzed and simulated in Matlab. The configuration of testing system was introduced. Simulation results show that the system has excellent dynamic and static performances, with high efficiency and notable effect of energy saving.
