创新大学生党员教育与管理工作的思考——以武汉纺织大学电子与电气工程学院为例

摘　　要：当前大学生党员入党后存在教育与管理松懈等问题,武汉纺织大学电子与电气学院根据实际采取了狠抓理论学习、完善制度建设、鼓励学生党员投身社会实践、开展结对帮扶、加强量化考核等方法,有效保证了学生党员质量。Currently,the party is facing the loose education and management after the college student joining the party.According to the reality Electronics and Electrical Engineering of Wuhan Textile University takes pay close attention to the study of theory,improving the system construction,encouraging student party members to participate in social practice,conducting twinning strengthen the quantitative assessment to effectively guarantee the quality of student party members.
