摘　　要：旅游教育和旅游人才培养近几年来蓬勃发展,但质量的提高远不及数量的增长。努力培养适应社会所需要、旅游业发展的旅游应用型创新人才是当前旅游教育大众化的迫切要求。本文对旅游管理专业应用型创新人才的内涵、类型与层次进行了相关探讨。The tourism education and tourism talents training develops vigorously in recent years,but the improvement of quality is far from the number of growth.Strive to cultivate application-oriented and innovative tourism talents adapt to social needs and tourism development is an urgent requirement of travel popularization of education.This paper discusses the connotation,the type and level of the application-oriented and innovative talents in tourism management professional.
