摘　　要：辅导员是高校学生思想政治工作第一线的组织者和教育者。随着社会形势的不断发展,辅导员要转变学生管理工作理念,不仅要成为学生的朋友,更要做一名合格的教育者、管理者及服务者。Tutors are university students＇ ideological and political work in the first line of the organizer and educators.With the continuous development of the social situation and development,counselor should change the management idea of college.They should not only become students＇ friends,but also be a qualified educators,administrators and server.
