摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职工学结合人才培养模式中的一个重要教学环节。在分析了当前顶岗实习管理问题的基础上,对"政府参与"的顶岗实习管理模式进行探索和实践,形成了政府参与、学校、企业三方共管的顶岗实习管理模式,进一步完善顶岗实习工作流程并取得了一定成效。Vocational training was an important link of the combination of the talent training mode.In the analysis of the current teaching practice management,and the practice exploration and practice of the ＂government involvement＂ management model,we formed a government involvement,school and enterprise three party condominium management model of the practice,and we achieved certain effect through improving the internship process.
