摘　　要：本论文通过研究企业用人需要以及我校会计专业学生的现状,并结合我校学生参加会计类专业竞赛的实例,探讨参加会计类技能竞赛与提高学生专业素养之间的关系,也就是"赛"与"训"与"学"之间内在联系。In this thesis through research enterprise employment needs as well as the current situation of the school account ing students, combined with the school students to participate in the instance of the accounting class professional competition investigate participate in the accounting class skills competition and improve the relationship between students＇ profession- alism, is the ＂race＂ with the intrinsic link between ＂training＂ and ＂learning＂.
