摘　　要：目的探讨p53、CD34、Ki-67、NF-κB及TGF-β1蛋白表达与小肝癌根治切除术后复发的关系。方法用免疫组化SP法检测40例小肝癌组织及50例癌旁肝组织病理切片p53、Ki-67、CD34、NF-κB及TGF-β1的表达。结果 p53、CD34、Ki-67、NF-κB及TGF-β1在小肝癌组织的表达比癌旁组织明显增高(P<0.05)。复发组与非复发组相比,p53、Ki-67、CD34及TGF-β1表达增加(P<0.05),而NF-κB表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),复发组p53与TGF-β1的表达有相关性(P<0.05)。结论 p53、CD34、Ki-67及TGF-β1与小肝癌的复发有关,p53、TGF-β1对其复发可能具有协同促进作用,联合检测上述指标有助于预测小肝癌根治切除术后的复发。NF-κB与小肝癌的复发无关。Objective To investigate the clinical relationship between the expressions of p53, CD34, NF-κB, TGF-β1 and the recurrence of small hepatocellular carcinoma after radical hepatectomy. Methods The expressions of p53, CD34, Ki-67, NF-κB, TGF-β1 in specimen of small hepatocellular carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemisty techniques. The specimens contain 40 small hepatocellular carcinoma and 50 paracancer tissues which were obtained from the patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma that was undergone radical hepatectomy in recent years. Results The expressions of p53, CD34, Ki-67, NF-κB and TGF-β1 in small hepatocellular carcinoma were significantly higher than that in paracancer tissues （P〈0.05）. The expressions of p53, CD34, Ki-67, NF-κB and TGF-β1 in the recurrent group were higher than that in the non-recurrent group （P〈0.05）. But the difference of expression of NF-κB was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The expression of p53 was related with the expression of TGF-β1 in the recurrent group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion p53, CD34, Ki-67and TGF-β1 are related with the recurrence of small hepatocellular carcinoma, while p53, coordinated with TGF-β1 , promotes the recurrence. Detection all of these proteins contributes to predict the recurrence of small hepatocellular carcinoma after radical hepatectomy.
