摘  要:针对北方冬冷干燥、夏暖较潮湿的气候特点,试验研究了树脂砂的硬化特性及温度、湿度对树脂砂性能的影响。研究发现,树脂砂的强度与环境温度和湿度有很大关系;温度越高,硬化速度越快;但温度太高,终强度降低。湿度越大,固化越慢,终强度也降低。Aimed at the characteristics of northern climate, it is cold and dry in winter, and warm and more humid in summer, the effects of the hardening characteristics of resin sand and the environmental condition of temperature and humidity on the performance of the resin sand were experimentally studied. The results show that the intensity of sand resin has a great relationship with environmental temperature and humidity; the higher the temperature, the faster the harden; but when the temperature is too high, the final strength reduces. The greater the humidity, the slower the harden, the final strength also decreases.
