冷冻保存对藏獒犬精子超微结构的影响

摘　　要：为观察藏獒犬精子冷冻保存后超微结构变化,随机取新鲜与冷冻-解冻后的犬精子制备扫描电镜和透射电镜标本。结果表明:超低温保存造成精子结构不同程度的损伤,主要表现为精子头颈部发生部分或全部断裂,质膜消失,顶体外膜泡状化,环状沟模糊、消失或呈锯齿状,颈部肿胀,线粒体结构模糊。To investigate the ultrastructural change of cryopreserved Tibetan mastiff sperm, the random samples of both fresh and freeze-thaw sperms were examined by scanning electron microscope （SEM） and transmission electron microscope （TEM）. The results showed that freeze preservation caused damage of the sperm structure to some extent,mainly resulting in the sperm being partly or to- tally fractured between head and neck,disappearance of the plasma membrane,vesiculation of the out- er acrosomal membrane,indistinct or disappearing or zigzag annular ditch, swelled neck, and fuzzy mi- tochondrial structure.
