摘　　要：目的研究IGFBP-1在卵巢癌细胞系及人上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达,进而探讨IGFBP-1与卵巢癌的关系。方法用免疫荧光检测IGFBP-1在浆液性卵巢腺癌中的表达;免疫组化检测正常卵巢组织,交界性浆液性卵巢肿瘤组织,高、低分化浆液性卵巢腺癌组织中IGFBP-1的表达;用细胞免疫组化和Western blot检测IGFBP-1在高、低侵袭性卵巢癌细胞株,间质成纤维细胞株中的表达。结果 IG-FBP-1正常卵巢组织、交界性浆液性卵巢肿瘤组织、高、低分化浆液性卵巢腺癌组织、高、低侵袭性卵巢癌细胞株中的表达率分别为:92.5%、82.9%、63%、19.9%、75%、21%。结论 IGFBP-1的表达与卵巢癌的分化程度、侵袭能力、肿瘤转移情况有密切关系。Objective To investigate the expression of IGFBP1 in ovarian cancer cell lines and human ovarian cancer tissue, and then in order to explore the relation between IGFBP1 and ovarian cancer. Methods The expression of IGFBP1 in serous ovarian adenocaicinoma was assessed by immunofluorescence. The expression of IGFBP1 in normal ovarian tissues, borderline serous ovarian tumor tissues, high and low differentiation of serous ovarian adenocar cinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of IGFBP1 in high and low in vasion ovarian cancer cell lines and tumor stromal cell lines were measured by cell immunohis tochemistry and Western blot. Results The positive rates of IGFBP1 were correlated with high or low invasion ovarian cancer cell line, borderline ovarian cancer tissue, the high and low differentiation of ovarian cancer, and the positive expression rates was 90% , 79% , 75% , 60%, 46%, and 21%, respectively. Conclusion Expression of＇ IGFBP1 has relationshipswith the degree of differentiation of ovarian cancer, malignancy, lymph node metastasis.
