摘　　要：目的分析总结三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的超声特点。方法分析304个乳腺癌肿块,将其分为TNBC组、人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)阳性组、激素受体(HR)阳性组,比较三组乳腺癌的超声表现,总结TNBC的超声特点。结果 TNBC肿块长径较大且多伴有后方回声增强、富血供及腋窝淋巴结肿大,但高回声晕、后方回声衰减及纵横比>1较少见。结论彩色多普勒超声检查有助于术前提示和诊断TNBC。Objective To analyze and summarize the ultrasound findings of the triple negative breast cancer. Methods Analyze 304 masses of breast cancer, the masses were divided into 3 groups： triple-negative group, HR positive group and HER-2 positive group. Different ultrasound features were analyzed and compared among the three groups. Results Triple-negative breast cancers usually presented with larger masses, and more likely to have posteri or enhancement, hypervascular demonstration on CDFI and axillary lymph node enlargement, but less likely to show hyperechoic halo, posterior shadowing and their vertical to horizontal axis ratio was usually less than one. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound may be useful in screening of the three negative type of breast cancer.
