摘　　要：目的探讨细胞色素P450酶17基因(CYP17)T-34C多态性与前列腺癌易感性是否存在相关性。方法检索EMBase、Ovid、PubMed、Highwire press、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方等数据库。查找国内外公开发表的CYP17 T-34C多态性与前列腺癌易感性关系的研究。以病例组及对照组CYP17T-34C等位基因分布的比值比(OR)为效应指标,应用Review Manager 4.2统计软件根据异质性检验结果选择随机效应模型或固定效应模型对OR进行合并分析。结果最终纳入分析文献19篇,高加索人群病例组4 832例,对照4 746例;东亚人群病例750例,对照1 033例。显性模式下:以野生纯合子TT为参照评估突变纯合子和杂合子(CC+TC)患前列腺癌的风险,高加索人群OR=0.91,95%CI(0.84,0.99),P=0.04;东亚人群OR=1.06,95%CI(0.84,1.34),P=0.63;隐形模式下:以野生纯合子和杂合子(TT+TC)为参照评估突变纯合子CC患前列腺癌的风险,高加索人群OR=0.95,95%CI(0.85,1.07),P=0.40;东亚人群OR=1.05,95%CI(0.85,1.29),P=0.68。结论CYP17 T-34C CC基因型或TC基因型可能是高加索人群中前列腺癌的保护因子。Objective To evaluate the relationship between CYP17 T -34C genetic polymorphisms and prostate cancer risk by Meta analysis. Methods By searching database including EMBase, PubMed, Ovid, Highwire Press, CNKI, CBM, and WANFANG, we collected literature on CYP17 T- 34C single neueleotide polymorphisms and prostate cancer susceptibility. The odds ratios （OR） of variant allele of CYP17 T -34C and publication bias was calculated using Review Manager 4. 2 soft- ware. Results A total of 4, 832 cases and 4, 736 controls from studies for Caucasian and a total of 750 cases and 1 033 con- trois from studies for eastern Asians were included in 19 studies. For Caucasian the pooled OR was 0. 91 [95% CI （0. 84, 0.99） ] and 0.95 [95% CI （0. 85, 1.07） ] for the dominant and recessive models, respectively. For east Asians, the pooled OR was 1.06 [95%CI （0. 84, 1.34）] and 1.05 [95% CI （0. 85, 1.29） ] for the dominant and recessive models, respectively. Conclusion CYP17 CC and TC allele may be a protective factor for prostate cancer in Caucasians.
