扁桃体巨大乳头状瘤一例分析

摘　　要：乳头状瘤为耳鼻咽喉科常见的良性肿瘤,临床上多表现为单发有蒂肿物。本例患者以"口腔出现肿块,不能言语5 h"为首发症状,急诊行气管切开术+肿块活检,后行左侧扁桃体摘除术,病理诊断示"左侧扁桃体乳头状瘤"。术后6 d出院,预后良好。Papilloma, a common benign tumor in otolaryngology, presented mostly with solitary pedunculated tumor. This patient, having ＂ oral lumps and unable to speak words 5 h＂ as first symptom, were given tracheotomy operation and biopsy rapidly, then left - side tonsillectomy. Pathological examination diagnosed the case as ＂ left tonsil papilloma＂. The patient was discharge 6 d after operation and the prognosis was good.
