农业企业特征对校企技术合作绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：利用福建省193家农业企业的调查数据,基于企业基本特征识别农业企业与高校技术合作绩效的关键影响因素。研究结果显示:技术难题重视度、沟通积极性、资金投入充足度、激励政策完善度、高校能力评价和销售收入对校企技术合作创新绩效有显著的正面影响;农业企业与高校技术合作模式对合作绩效的影响存在差异,选择技术(转让)协议对技术合作绩效有显著的正面作用。According to the survey data from 193 agricultural enterprises in Fujian Province,the key factors of the performance of technical cooperation between agribusiness and universities have been identified from the perspective of agribusiness characteristics.The results show as follows.Attention of technical problems,communicating enthusiasm,adequacy of funds,perfectness of incentive policy,evaluation of university capacity and sales revenue have significant positive effects on the innovation performance of technical cooperation between agribusiness and universities,while the effects of technical cooperation mode between agribusiness and universities on the cooperation performance are different,but selecting techniques（transfer） agreement have a significant positive effect on the technical cooperation performance.
