摘　　要：随着计算机应用的广泛普及,现在各个领域都采用计算机办公,本文从日常办公处理的主要内容和excel与Word主要功能对比分析,提出基于word表格计算在日常办公中的重要性,因而详细介绍五种基于Word表格计算方法的理论知识、实例分析并探讨各种word表格数据计算方式的优点和不足。With the widespread popularity of computer applications in all areas of computer office paper from the main function of comparative analysis of the main content of the day-to-day office processing, excel and Word is proposed based on the word form to calculate the importance of daily office, and therefore detailed five kinds of calculation methods of the theory of knowledge based on the Word table, case analysis and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the various word forms data calculated.
