摘  要:本文综述和评论了近40年来国际上众多科学家研究生物能量沿蛋白质分子传递的机理、理论及其实验验证情况。生物能量传递理论是迅速发展的非线性科学和生命科学的交叉和结晶,是生命科学中第一个从微观原子分子水平上建立起来的一个系统理论,也是分子生物学和复杂生命现象作定量描述的第一次试验,从而引起了国际科学界极大和广泛的关注。可以说,生物能量传递理论是生物学向理论生物学迈进的重要一步,它将推动生命科学从实验生物学向理论生物学发展,不但可推动包括生物学、分子生物学、生物物理学、生物信息学、生物电磁学和电磁医学等在内的生命科学的发展,而且能加快高分子物理、波谱学和现代物理仪器的发展步伐,其科学意义和应用价值很大。We here review and comment the situations of in- vestigation of mechanism and features of theory of bio - energy transport along the protein molecules,including its theoretical development,correctness and experimen- tal evidences. This theory is a result and syntheses of nonlinear science and life science; it is also the first mi- croscopic theory in the life science,which was estab- lished based on the moved features and rules of atoms and molecules. It is also the first trial to describe quan- titatively the complex phenomenon of life activity using the theory. Therefore,its investigation caused the great attentions and interests of scientists. The biological en- ergy,which is released from the hydrolysis reactions of adenosine triphosphate ( ATP) molecules in mitochon- dria in life body,is related to a lot of the basic biologi- cal phenomenon and process,the theory of bio-energy transport established also can explain and clarify many biological problems. Then the establishment of theory of bio-energy transport can promotes the development of experimental biology to theoretical biology. Therefore, it is not only can promote the development of biology, molecular biology,biophysics,bioinformatics,biologi- cal electromagnetism and electromagnetic medicine but also can speed up the development of polymer physics, modern physical instrument and spectrum. In one word, the theory of bio-benergy transport established is an im- portant step developed from the experimental biology to the theoretical biology
