摘  要:建立同时检测贝类中铬、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、汞、铅等多种元素含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定方法。样品经过微波消解,在线加入内标校正基体效应,修正方程校正质量数干扰,各元素校正曲线的相关系数均大于0.999 5。测定结果相对标准偏差RSD(n=6)小于6.02%,加标回收率为81.2%~108.2%,通过对贻贝成分分析标准物质(GBW08571)进行验证,测定值与标准值相符。The method for simultaneous determination of Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu,Zn, As, Cd, Hg and Pb in shellfish was introduced by using inductively coupled plasma spectrometry (ICP-MS). The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion, and the matrix effect was corrected by the in-line addition of internal standards, and the mass number interference was amended by applying the correction equation. Satisfactory linearity of working curves were obtained, with the correlation coefficient 0.999 5. RSD below 6.02 % and recoveries from 81.2 % to 108.2 % were obtained in its application to the analysis of samples. The method has been validated by determination of these elements in Mussel Standard Reference material (GBW08571) and the results were in agreement with certified values.
