摘　　要：人才培养在高等教育中占据中心地位,因而,完善人才培养质量标准体系,优化人才培养结构,创新人才培养模式成为各高校目前的主要任务。结合经济管理类人才培养工作实际,西北政法大学经济管理学院提出"需求导向·法商特色·核心能力"三位一体人才培养方式。Talent training occupies a prominent position in higher educational institutions, therefore, at present, it has become a major task for colleges and universities to perfect the talent cultivation quality standard system, to op- timize the talent cultivation structure and to bring forth new ideas into the talent cultivation mode. Based on the ac- tual working practice, in School of Economics and Management under Northwest University of Politics ＆ Law, the managerial talent cultivation mode is proposed, namely, the integration of demand orientation, characteristic of law and business and core comoetence.
