摘　　要：[研究目的]对高等体育职业教育发展方向进行深入的分析与思考，可以促进体育高职学生需求、社会就业需要与体育高职教育改革三者之间的良性互动，最终达到使高等体育职业教育可持续发展目的。[研究方法]采用文献资料法进行综合、归纳、分析。[研究结果与分析]高等体育职业教育发展现状的分析；体育高职学生需求与社会就业需要之间的矛盾分析；高等体育职业教育适应就业市场人才需求的探索。[Objective] In—depth analysis and thinking to higher sports vocational education development direction, can promote the sports vocational students＇ demand, social employment of higher vocational education reform needs and sports benign interaction between the three, and finally achieve higher sports vocational education sustainable development purpose. [Methods] By using the method of literature, induction, comprehensive analysis. [Results and Analysis] Higher sports vocational education development present situation analysis, Sports vocational students＇ demand and the contradiction between the social employment need analysis; Sports vocational education meet the employment market demand of exploration.
