摘　　要：目前,融资困境限制了中小房地产企业发展,宏观调控政策和企业自身的特点,使中小房地产企业的融资困境更加严竣.本文主要目的是帮助中小房地产企业实现融资‘主要内容是研究中小房地产企业实现融资所能采用的新贷款模式,即中小房地产企业联保贷款.分析这种贷款模式在实际中的可行性,并对企业联保贷款提出实施建议.The financing predicament of small and medium - sized real estate enterprises limited, policy of macro-scopically adjusting control and enterprise own characteristic so that small and medium - sized real estate enterpri-ses＇ financing dilemma is one disaster after another. The main purpose of this paper is to help small and medium - sized real estate enterprises financing, main content is the study of the small and medium - sized real estate enterpri- ses financing can adopt new loan pattern, namely： the small and medium - sized real estate enterprises loan. The fi-nancing mode feasibility in practical and practical suggestions on enterprise loan is analyzed.
