摘 要:为克服视频车辆监测易受外界环境影响且不能有效识别车辆套牌、假牌等问题,利用RFID所具有的高精度、高识别率、可在恶劣环境下工作等特点,设计了一种融合RFID和视频信息的车辆识别及管理系统。利用单片机设计车载电子标签,主动发送车辆身份信息;读写器终端单元引入ARM和嵌入式Linux平台,可快速融合RFID和视频信息,并将其实时上传至远端服务器。试验表明,集成RFID技术可有效提高道路车辆的识别准确率,系统抗干扰性好,可实现道路交通的精确监管。In order to overcome the problems existing in video frequency vehicle monitoring, such as easily affected by external environment, cannot effectively identify license plates being covered and false plates, etc. , by adopting the characteristics of RFID, e.g. high accuracy, high recognition rate, and can work under severe environment, the vehicle recognition and management system integrating RFID and video information is designed. The MCU is used to design vehicle electronic tag to transmit the vehicle identification information initiatively; the ARM and embedded Linux platform are introduced into the terminal unit of reader-writer, then the RFID and video information are integrated quickly and upload to remote sever in real time. The result of the experiment shows that the integrating RFID technology can effectively improve the recognition accuracy of road vehicle, the system features good anti-interference capability, and it can implement precise supervision for road traffic.
